DRESS-CODE POLICY
The dress code for the public admission area is casual attire. The dress code of those entering the hospitality areas will be lounge suit or national dress for gentlemen.
Modest dress is recommended for women. Ladies are encouraged to wear hats. No Jeans, tshirts, trainers, flip flops and shorts as they are strictly prohibited in the hospitality areas including Apron Views and the Horse Parade Ring.
CHILDREN’S ACCESS POLICY
Children under the age of 5 years will not be permitted entry into the following areas of Meydan Grandstand: Apron Views, Sky Bubble, The Gallery, The Premium, The Lounge, Parade Ring Restaurant, Winner’s Circle Restaurant, The Terrace, The Furlong, Turf Suite, First Class Lounge, Cigar Suite and Grandstand Suites. 5 years old children and above require a ticket to enter any of the aforementioned areas.
There are no special prices for children’s tickets except for the General Admission Area where children of all ages are welcome (children 12 years & under gain free entry into the General Admission Area).
Please note that strollers or children’s pushchairs are not allowed access into the Meydan Grandstand.
VAT
In compliance to UAE's Federal Decree Law No. 8 of 2017, Expat Tourism LLC services will be subject to Value Added Tax, including all the invoices (paid or unpaid) for all services we provide from January 1, 2018 onwards.
Prices above are not inclusive of 5% VAT
CANCELATION POLICY1. No refund on any Dubai World Cup 2018 purchased tickets.
2. The Organisers reserve the right to postpone the 2018 Dubai World Cup and in the event of postponement the booking will be transferred to the new date.
